提到“老嚴(yán)”，我們班無(wú)一人不懼他也。到他的課，我們都早已安安靜靜地坐在教室，真可謂是“滿(mǎn)坐寂然，無(wú)敢嘩者”。我們之所以這樣做，是為了能準(zhǔn)確判斷“老嚴(yán)”到哪里了�！袄蠂�(yán)”到四樓時(shí)都會(huì)習(xí)慣性的咳嗽幾聲，這是他大駕將至的標(biāo)志，不到五秒，你準(zhǔn)會(huì)看到一個(gè)如風(fēng)一樣的老頭準(zhǔn)時(shí)出現(xiàn)在教室門(mén)口。
在“老嚴(yán)”上課時(shí)，他絕對(duì)要求教室安靜無(wú)聲，以便都能專(zhuān)心聽(tīng)講，全部接受信息。他所說(shuō)的“無(wú)聲”，就是針掉在地上你能聽(tīng)到很響的聲音，這就是老嚴(yán)的第一點(diǎn)魅力。厲害吧！

不單是他的課，所有課他都要求這樣做到規(guī)范認(rèn)真，這不由得讓我想起語(yǔ)文老師那個(gè)“大壞人”。居然跟“老嚴(yán)”貫徹一樣的方針。讀書(shū)、背書(shū)緊盯我們不放。完成不好還用一組排比句罵我們。我想這是老嚴(yán)的'第二點(diǎn)魅力，他精誠(chéng)團(tuán)結(jié)所有科任老師一起來(lái)征服我們。
我們的“老嚴(yán)”有一句最經(jīng)典的自創(chuàng)名言“硬功夫+carefully”，它的意思是實(shí)力加細(xì)心。可我們做作業(yè)時(shí)常忽略細(xì)節(jié)，所以讓他很生氣，生氣過(guò)后，他還是會(huì)語(yǔ)重心長(zhǎng)的告訴我們“細(xì)節(jié)決定成敗”的道理。從開(kāi)學(xué)到現(xiàn)在，這樣的理念不僅深入內(nèi)心，可以說(shuō)是深入了我們每一個(gè)人的骨髓。所以，我們?cè)谥饾u改掉以前那些壞習(xí)慣。他還戲謔著說(shuō)道；“上帝給我們兩只耳朵，兩只眼睛，一張嘴，目的是讓我們每個(gè)人多聽(tīng)，多看，少說(shuō)�！崩蠂�(yán)這樣的理念，我認(rèn)為也是有巨大魅力的。
