China is now actively integrating into the world. our recent entry to thewto is a good example. for decades, we have taken pride in being self-reliant,but now we realize the importance of participating in and contributing to abroader economic order. from the precarious role in the world arena to ourpresent wto membership, we have come a long way.
But what does the way ahead look like? in some parts of the world peopleare demonstrating against globalization. are they justified then, in criticizingthe globalizing world? instead of narrowing the gap between the rich and thepoor, they say, globalization enables developed nations to swallow thedeveloping nations' wealth in debts and interest. globalization, they argue,should be about an earnest interest in every other nation's economic health.
We are reminded by karl marx that capital goes beyond national borders andeludes control from any other entity. this has become a reality. multinationalcorporations are seeking the lowest cost, the largest market, and the mostfavorable policy. they are often powerful lobbyists in governmentdecision-making, ruthless expansionists in the global market place and adevastating presence to local businesses.
For china, still more challenges exist. how are we going to ensure a smoothtransition from the planned economy to a market-based one? how to construct alegal system that is sound enough and broad enough to respond to the needs of adynamic society? how to maintain our cultural identity in an increasinglyhomogeneous world? and how to define greatness in our rise as a peace-lovingnation? globalization entails questions that concern us all.

im still thinking about his words, and theyve changed the weeds in the garden. im spending more time with my family and friends and letime in committee meetings. whenever possible, life should be a pattern of experience to savour, not endure. im trying to recognize these moment now and cherish them.
im not saving anything; we use our good china and crystal for every special. event such as losing a pound, getting the sink unstopped, the first camellia blossom… i wear my good blazer to the market if i feel like it. my theory is if i look prosperous, i can shell out $$28. 49 for one small bag of groceries without wincing. im not saving my good perfume for special parties; clerks in hardware stores and tellers in banks have noses that function as well as my party going friends.
someday and one of these days are losing their grip on my vocabulary. if its worth seeing or hearing or doing, i want to see and hear and do it now. im not sure what my sister wouldve done had she know that she wouldnt be here for the tomorrow we all take for granted.
i think she would have called family members and a few close friends. she might have called a few former friends to apologize, and mend fences for past squabbles. i like to think she would have gone out for a chinese dinner, her favorite food. im guessing. ill never know.
its those little things left undone that would make me angry if i knew that my hours were limited. angry because i put off seeing good friends whom i was going to get in touch with someday. angry because i hadnt written certain letters that i intended to write one of these days. angry and sorry that i didnt tell my husband and daughter often enough how much i truly love them.
im trying very hard not to put off, hold back, or save anything that would add laughter and luster to our lives. and every morning when i open my eyes, i tell myself that every day, every minute, every breath truly, is... a gift from god.

Learning is a long process; I'll keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part'time job in compilation and revision.
At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5,000 words on only one day. Gradually, they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.
I also realize that only those who bring happiness for others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare. I once went to a barren mountain village with my classmates. We taught the kids there who could not afford school. While showing them how broad and how civilized the outer world is, I was deeply touched by their eagerness to learn, their honesty and their purity. �。ㄒ唬⒓訌�(qiáng)課堂研究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，建立健全課題研究組織機(jī)構(gòu)。教管中心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視我校生態(tài)課堂背景下小學(xué)語(yǔ)文口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)研究工作，滕鵬飛主任擔(dān)任該課題研究的負(fù)責(zé)人，學(xué)校教務(wù)主任、教科室主任、語(yǔ)文教研組長(zhǎng)和全體語(yǔ)文教師為參研人員，組建了一支龐大的研究隊(duì)伍，這對(duì)我校開(kāi)展課題研究提供了有力組織保障和人力保障。

�、賾�(yīng)試教育的指揮棒使口語(yǔ)交際能力的培養(yǎng)流于形式，口語(yǔ)交際課沒(méi)有被更多的語(yǔ)文教師所認(rèn)同和重視；
�、诳谡Z(yǔ)交際課教學(xué)缺乏足夠的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)口語(yǔ)交際課的評(píng)價(jià)也缺乏一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
③課堂上太注重于知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)傳授，口語(yǔ)交際的訓(xùn)練沒(méi)有充足的時(shí)間保證；

3、社會(huì)對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生口語(yǔ)交際能力的局限。

如何開(kāi)展生態(tài)課堂背景下小學(xué)語(yǔ)文口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)？我校認(rèn)為，必須充分依賴(lài)學(xué)校這一主陣地，克服來(lái)自各方面的不利因素，充分利用現(xiàn)有的生態(tài)課堂背景下口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)手段，創(chuàng)造更多的生態(tài)口語(yǔ)交際環(huán)境，讓學(xué)生敢說(shuō)、會(huì)說(shuō)、樂(lè)說(shuō)。
�。ㄈ⒅贫ㄉ鷳B(tài)課堂背景下小學(xué)語(yǔ)文口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)研究的工作措施。
1、做到四個(gè)必須，學(xué)校主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)必須高度重視，各級(jí)干部必須全程參與研究活動(dòng)，每次活動(dòng)必須有方案、記錄、總結(jié)、圖片等資料，該項(xiàng)工作必須納入教師積分考核管理。
2、要求主研和參研教師，加強(qiáng)口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)方面的業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)，做好學(xué)習(xí)筆記，每月作為常規(guī)工作的一項(xiàng)檢查內(nèi)容。
3、教研組在安排常規(guī)教研活動(dòng)時(shí)，要以生態(tài)課堂背景下小學(xué)語(yǔ)文口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)研究為主要教研內(nèi)容。
4、圍繞研究主題開(kāi)展多種多樣的活動(dòng)。

6、實(shí)行先試點(diǎn)，然后以點(diǎn)帶面，再全面推廣的工作方略。我�，F(xiàn)在已確立了兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)班級(jí)，在一個(gè)學(xué)期內(nèi)，以這兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)班級(jí)研究出我校生態(tài)課堂背景下小學(xué)語(yǔ)文口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)的初步方案，然后先在我校全面實(shí)施，一年后在全鄉(xiāng)推廣。
7、增大資金投入。對(duì)主研和參研教師給予更多的培訓(xùn)考察學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。我校還實(shí)行教師先買(mǎi)后報(bào)業(yè)務(wù)書(shū)籍的學(xué)習(xí)制度，就是教師可以自由購(gòu)買(mǎi)相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)書(shū)籍，看完后，憑學(xué)習(xí)筆記和心得體會(huì)到學(xué)校報(bào)銷(xiāo)。
二、初步取得的成果
1、在口語(yǔ)交際中，學(xué)生知道了，既要注意口頭語(yǔ)言的表達(dá)，又要有良好體態(tài)語(yǔ)言的配合，這樣可以增強(qiáng)表達(dá)效果，逐步養(yǎng)成良好的口語(yǔ)交際習(xí)慣。
2、教師在教學(xué)反思中歸納總結(jié)研究成果，成就教育人生。朱永新說(shuō)過(guò)，教育的偉大使命是讓人們從無(wú)知走向睿智，從幼稚走向成熟，教育的`最高境界是形成自我教育的人格。這不僅僅是對(duì)受教育者作出的判斷，也是對(duì)教育者本人提出的要求。教師必須時(shí)刻警醒自己、超越自我，使自己的思考更縝密，心境更恢弘，人格更健全，方法更成熟。
3、我校提出入境界，進(jìn)角色，動(dòng)真心，吐真情生態(tài)課堂背景下口語(yǔ)交際要求，初步取得了一定的成效。學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言文字朗讀訓(xùn)練是在教師指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行的，體現(xiàn)在對(duì)范文語(yǔ)言的感知、領(lǐng)悟、積累、運(yùn)用的過(guò)程，通過(guò)將文字化為有聲語(yǔ)言，從而使兒童受到感染、熏陶并領(lǐng)悟，進(jìn)而達(dá)到積累語(yǔ)言的目的，有了豐富的語(yǔ)言，學(xué)生才能真情實(shí)意地表達(dá)自己的感情和觀點(diǎn)。
4、開(kāi)辟第二課堂優(yōu)化作文教學(xué)的研究，有力地推動(dòng)了生態(tài)課堂背景下口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)效果。在作文教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)作文教學(xué)常常封閉于課堂之中，作文訓(xùn)練只限于課程表中安排的課時(shí)，許多小學(xué)生的作文往往無(wú)話可說(shuō)，無(wú)事可敘，無(wú)情可抒。盡管教師在指導(dǎo)時(shí)從審題立意、布局謀篇到遣詞造句講得頭頭是道，但學(xué)生還是寫(xiě)得空洞單調(diào)，干巴乏味。為了改變學(xué)生缺乏生活、閉門(mén)造車(chē)這種對(duì)作文的畏難情緒及現(xiàn)狀，激發(fā)學(xué)生作文興趣，提高作文教學(xué)效率，我們結(jié)合本校實(shí)際，開(kāi)展了開(kāi)辟第二課堂、優(yōu)化作文教學(xué)研究。語(yǔ)文學(xué)科最根本的一個(gè)特性，便是言語(yǔ)交際性，說(shuō)與寫(xiě)是隨著交際的產(chǎn)生而產(chǎn)生，并服務(wù)于日常交際，語(yǔ)文教學(xué)在小學(xué)學(xué)科中最具有廣延性，凡說(shuō)話、聽(tīng)話、閱讀、寫(xiě)作都可視為課堂教學(xué)的延伸，而這種語(yǔ)言學(xué)科的廣延性也召喚作文教學(xué)需要改革、實(shí)驗(yàn)，在語(yǔ)言表達(dá)環(huán)境中優(yōu)化說(shuō)、寫(xiě)。我校開(kāi)辟第二課堂，引發(fā)作文動(dòng)機(jī)，以表達(dá)為主線，圍繞言之有物，言之有序，言之有情這三項(xiàng)最重要的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)要求，安排三階段訓(xùn)練序列：
①低年級(jí)為說(shuō)話寫(xiě)話階段，重點(diǎn)抓好句子訓(xùn)練。
�、谥心昙�(jí)為段的訓(xùn)練階段。
�、鄹吣昙�(jí)為篇章訓(xùn)練階段。在生態(tài)課堂背景下的口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)，我校注重了學(xué)生的溝通生活渠道，開(kāi)發(fā)口語(yǔ)交際源頭，加強(qiáng)讀書(shū)指導(dǎo)，欣賞優(yōu)秀文章，促進(jìn)讀寫(xiě)說(shuō)的結(jié)合，激發(fā)學(xué)生寫(xiě)作興趣和口語(yǔ)交際的欲望。
三、存在的問(wèn)題
我校開(kāi)展生態(tài)課堂背景下小學(xué)語(yǔ)文口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)研究已經(jīng)有一年的時(shí)間，但仍然有許多問(wèn)題影響我校的課堂研究，主要有：
1、學(xué)生閱讀面狹隘，知識(shí)不夠豐富，語(yǔ)言積累不夠。
2、少數(shù)教師還是受到兩率一分的影響，不能放手讓學(xué)生去大膽嘗試，總是當(dāng)心失敗。
3、父母不在家，留守兒童缺乏父母的關(guān)愛(ài)，兒童心理的健康問(wèn)題成為教育的一大障礙。
4、一部分家長(zhǎng)陳舊的教育理念桎梏了教育的發(fā)展，家庭不能很好的配合學(xué)校開(kāi)展相應(yīng)的活動(dòng)。
總之，生態(tài)課堂背景下小學(xué)語(yǔ)文口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)營(yíng)造的是一種平等和諧的氛圍，給學(xué)生提供一種自由學(xué)習(xí)、師生合作、生生合作的情境，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽與人交流。從范圍來(lái)說(shuō)，是全員；從時(shí)間來(lái)說(shuō)，是全程；從形式上說(shuō)，是聽(tīng)、想、說(shuō)多樣。學(xué)會(huì)把話說(shuō)得更清楚，更明白，更得體，學(xué)生在課堂的表達(dá)是最重要的，教師要做好引導(dǎo)，糾正、鼓勵(lì)工作。雖然我校生態(tài)課堂背景下小學(xué)語(yǔ)文口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)研究取得了一定的成績(jī)，但離要求還有很大的距離，研究工作任重道遠(yuǎn)，還需要上級(jí)主管部門(mén)多給我們提出工作意見(jiàn)，還需要兄弟學(xué)校多提建議。在未來(lái)的工作中，我校全體教師將實(shí)事求是地開(kāi)展課堂研究，腳踏實(shí)地地認(rèn)真工作，爭(zhēng)取早日完成研究任務(wù)。

Ray’s wedding had gone off without a hitch. everyone seemed to have had a good time. a few people had too good of a time; they went home with designated drivers. all evening, the gift table remained unguarded. who would steal anything, ray thought. he had never heard of such a thing happening at a wedding. but his best friend aaron said there was a first time for everything. he strolled out regularly from the inside festivities to check on the gift table, making sure no one suspicious was hanging around it.
Ray and julia went on a 3-week honeymoon to italy right after the wedding. when they got back, they opened all the gifts and sent out thank you notes. but there was one problem. a married couple that used to be good friends had apparently given nothing. this surprised julia, because walt and mary said they were thrilled to be invited. and, they actually seemed to have had a great time at the wedding. frankly, ray didn’t even care if they hadn’t given a gift. he just needed to know whether to send a thank you note. ray called aaron. aaron said maybe walt had left an envelope on the gift table like aaron had. “yes, but we got your envelope with the cash inside,” ray said.
“Maybe my envelope looked too thin, and some thief thought walt’s envelope looked nice and fat.”
Aaron asked ray if he had looked everywhere for walt’s gift. had he called up the wedding site to see if anything had been left behind? ray said that he had looked everywhere and made a lot of calls that were fruitless.
Ray didn’t know what to do. if he sent walt and mary a thank you note for a gift they hadn’t given, they would be insulted. if he didn’t send them a thank you note for a gift they had given, they would be insulted.
“What would you do?” ray asked. aaron said he would call walt up and tell him the problem.
“You can’t go wrong with simply being honest,” aaron said.
“Oh, yes, you can,” ray countered. “sometimes it’s best to let sleeping dogs lie.” but he thought about it, and finally decided that honesty might be the best policy. he called walt and told him the problem. walt said that yes, he had given an envelope. in fact, the envelope contained $500 cash.
