一、全體教育思想。

�。�1）部分之和不等于全體。言語是個活的機體，不能切割成一塊一塊地去學(xué)。學(xué)習(xí)了某種言語一條條、一項項的常識，絕不等于把握了言語全體。
（2）言語常識不等于言語運用。語音、語法、詞匯等只歸于言語的結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)。語音、語法、詞匯等是言語運用的預(yù)備，但不等于言語運用。
（3）言語教育的意圖應(yīng)該是言語運用，而不是言語常識的把握。
二、前進教師本身的本質(zhì)。
前進教師本身本質(zhì)是施行本質(zhì)教育的要害。教師在教育中，年復(fù)一年，屆復(fù)一屆地教授著相同的內(nèi)容，很簡單構(gòu)成固定的思想方法，許多常識也會逐步忘記。作為“授業(yè)”和“解惑”者的教師，應(yīng)該是一個自覺的終身學(xué)習(xí)者，在學(xué)習(xí)實踐中不斷展開立異。假如教師能把自己的`學(xué)問與所教的內(nèi)容融會貫通，講堂教育活動就會變得生動而風(fēng)趣，學(xué)生易于了解，樂于承受，輕松自然地獲取新的常識。
三、注重師生關(guān)系，激活講堂氣氛

四、作業(yè)評語與講堂用語是英語教育的兩個要素。

一、在教學(xué)各個環(huán)節(jié)體現(xiàn)梯度。
在新授環(huán)節(jié)，討論、對話的形式引出新單詞—講述有關(guān)星期知識，明白新單詞—采用不同形式讀學(xué)習(xí)新單詞—同桌認讀練習(xí)新單詞—拍手歌鞏固新單詞—找規(guī)律寫單詞—歌曲唱出新單詞。無不體現(xiàn)由淺到深，由易到難。在結(jié)束課堂環(huán)節(jié)，布置的作業(yè)體現(xiàn)“下要保底，上不封頂”原則，一是讓學(xué)生會寫七個單詞，二是讓學(xué)生把今天的收獲說給父母聽。
二、評價體現(xiàn)科學(xué)性。
