五下 Unit 4 Part A Let’s learn & Let’s play說課

  Today, I’ll say sth about Part A of Unit 4, PEP primary English Book 6.

  一、 Teaching contents:

  It includes 2 parts: Let’s learn and Let’s play.

  二、Teaching Aims:

  1.To enable the Ss to listen, speak, read and write the new phrases: cooking dinner/drawing pictures/doing the dishes/reading a book/answering the phone.

  2.To use the sentence “what are you doing? I’m….nimbly in real situation.”

  三、Key points and difficulties:

  1.To grasp the new phrases of this lesson.

  2.How to pronounce and spell the verb phrases .

  四、Teaching Aids:

  Recorder/ tape/ word cards/ basketball/ dishes/ cAI etc.

  五、Teaching design:

  I’ll finish this lesson in 5 steps.

  Step 1 warm up

  我首先讓學(xué)生聽指令做動作:cook the meals/sweep the floor/do the dishes/read books等動詞詞組,進一步復(fù)習(xí)有關(guān)家務(wù)的動詞短語,接著sing a song “I can help”來創(chuàng)設(shè)輕松愉快的英語氛圍,激發(fā)興趣、以舊帶新、為新課的學(xué)習(xí)作鋪墊。

  Step2 Presentation

  著名語言學(xué)家克魯姆認為:“成功的外語課堂教學(xué)應(yīng)創(chuàng)設(shè)更多的情景,讓學(xué)生有機會體驗運用所學(xué)語言”,所以,在新知呈現(xiàn)環(huán)節(jié),我首先出示 a basketball問學(xué)生:do you like playing basketball? Please look at me, what am I doing? You can ask me: what are you doing? 師板書,并采用排讀、小組讀、師大聲讀,生小聲讀的方式來操練句型。然后師再次拿起籃球邊拍球邊回答說:I’m playing basketball.并讓兩生到臺前試著拍球,師板書I’m….并教讀。通過讓學(xué)生做這一正在進行的動作,初步讓學(xué)生感知現(xiàn)在進行時的用法,即現(xiàn)在正在進行或發(fā)生的事情;并鼓勵學(xué)生在老師做動作時用what are you doing?來問老師,初步熟悉其陳述句的表達法:I’m…. 然后師和學(xué)生make some free talk. Just like: what can you do at home? can you sweep the floor? oh, you can do many things at home, what can robot do at home? 通過讓學(xué)生猜他們所喜歡的機器人在家里所做的事情,引出 do the dishes.并請一名同學(xué)上臺默寫該詞組,然后師一邊做洗盤子的動作一邊說:Look, I’m doing the dishes now. 師在do 的后面加上-ing并教讀。然后做一個傳盤子的游戲,全體師生一起打節(jié)奏問: what are you doing? what are you doing? 師說stop時,拿到盤子的同學(xué)站起來邊做洗盤子的動作邊說I’m doing the dishes.

  這一環(huán)節(jié)通過Free talk,猜what can robot do at home?引出doing the dishes,并通過游戲集體操練重點句型what are you doing? I’m…突出重點,突破難點。

  接下來,師指剛才做動作的同學(xué)介紹說:just now, you were doing the dishes, what is robot doing now? Let’s ask him together.師生一起向大屏幕喊:Robot, what are you doing? 師點擊課件,出現(xiàn)robot 正在做飯的場面,自然引出cooking dinner的教學(xué),師板書,教讀。兩人邊做動作邊練習(xí),并在匯報時師以卡通書作為獎勵,讓學(xué)生坐下來仔細的朗讀,從而引出reading a book. 然后,師在黑板上畫一幅圖,并示范:I’m drawing pictures, 板書教讀。接著讓學(xué)生到臺前來畫,親身體驗現(xiàn)在正在進行的這一動作。最后,課件出示電話鈴響的聲音,師介紹說:wait a minute, let me answer the phone.師拿起聽筒并做打電話的動作,引出answering the phone.師板書,并用偵察兵的游戲進行操練。

  在呈現(xiàn)新知的過程中,我充分利用實物、簡筆畫、表情、動作、多媒體等形象直觀具體、生動、活潑的教學(xué)手段,豐富的教學(xué)情景幫助學(xué)生理解和掌握新知識,而且堅持“詞不離句,句不離詞”的原則,將單詞放入句型中操練,達到技能提升,交際運用的目的。

  Step 3 Practice

  1. Listen to the tape, point and repeat.讓學(xué)生模仿語音語調(diào),糾正學(xué)生的錯誤發(fā)音。

  2. Look at the blackboard and read after me. (do—doing, doing the dishes)通過動詞原形與現(xiàn)在分詞的對比,使學(xué)生進一步理解現(xiàn)在分詞的構(gòu)成。

  3. 課件出示Let’s chant, 師生一起拍手打節(jié)奏說說做做,鞏固復(fù)習(xí)Let’s learn 部分的短語和句子。

  4. magic eyes: 請一名學(xué)生從詞卡中任挑一張,另一名學(xué)生背對這位同學(xué),猜一猜自己正在干什么?其他同學(xué)用what are you doing?來問,猜的同學(xué)邊做動作邊用I’m…來回答。

  本環(huán)節(jié)從機械操練過渡到有意義的趣味操練,讓學(xué)生循序漸進的掌握所學(xué)知識,同時也為后面的拓展打好語言基礎(chǔ)。

  Step 4 Production

  學(xué)習(xí)語言的目的是運用語言。所以,本環(huán)節(jié)我以鞏固為窗口,通過出示四幅情景圖:weekend’s activity/ housework/picnic/homework讓學(xué)生根據(jù)情景給動詞后面加-ing并試著讀出,貼詞卡,小組討論,記者采訪做現(xiàn)場報道來拓展所學(xué)知識,將語言知識轉(zhuǎn)化為語言技能,升華了教學(xué)過程。

  Step 5 Progress

  1. Listen to the tape and follow it.

  2. give your friend a call and talk about what are you doing at home?
